Paradise in the Desert
A society of black and white residents in a diamond town in Namibia look set to lose their paradise due to the closure of the mine. Will they leave or will they fight?
In a desolate diamond town in the Namibian desert, the harmonious and happy co-existence of its 9000 residents is severely tested. Diamond company NamDeb - the founder, owner and, most importantly, the employer within this oasis - is pulling out because diamond production is becoming depleted. A number of the residents attached to this paradise refuse to accept the approaching calamity and try their utmost to save the town from decay and ruin.
