The latest edition of Cinekid was concluded last Friday October 25, with a festive awards ceremony.
Winners of the Dutch Youth Film Competion:
Miffy the Movie by Hans Perk and produced by Telescreen won the Cinekid Lion Jury Award for Best Dutch Youth Film, worth € 7.500,-.
Regret by Dave Schram and produced by Shooting Star Filmcompany received the Audeince Award for best Dutch Youth Film. Schram's feature has already won several international awards this year among which the Gryphon for Best Film at the prestigious Giffoni International Film Festival in Italy and recently the Jury Award for Best Youth film at Schlingel International Youth Film Festival in Germany.
The 27th edition of Cinekid took place October 16 -25.
