INSTANT DREAMS is a cinematic, essayistic quest to find the secret of Polaroid instant film, its magical appeal and what that tells us about the fascinating relationship we humans have with the photographic image. The investigation will focus on several characters: a Polaroid artist, the author of the Polaroid bible, the chemist who tries to unravel the Polaroid formula and the visionary inventor of Polaroid itself who predicted the future of photography.
