Dutch films at Giffoni Experience

Seven films from the Netherlands have been selected for the 41st Giffoni Film Festival, dedicated to young audiences between the ages of 3 and 23.

Three feature films will be screened In Competition: FUCHSIA THE MINIWITCH from director Johan Nijenhuis (produced by NL Film), MY GRANDPA THE BANKROBBER by Ineke Houtman (produced by Lemming Film) and THE SECRET LETTER by Simone van Dusseldorp (produced by Lemming Film).

The non competitive program section Short Links includes the animated shorts BRICKS and LOST IN SPACE directed by Frodo Kuipers (produced by il Luster Productions), and the student films MANFRED by Arjen Klaverstijn and WILSON & WILSON by Willeke Beekmans.

The festival runs July 12 – 21 and hosts 3300 children and youth from 50 countries as jurors.
