The Devils Double sells to 100 countries

THE DEVIL'S DOUBLE breaks the record for highest international sales of a film from the Benelux. Sales agent Corsan World Sales already sold the feature film to 100 countries.

THE DEVIL'S DOUBLE is an international co-production between Dutch production companies Corrino (producer Michael John Fedun) and Staccato Films (producer Emjay Rechsteiner) and Belgian production company Corsan (producers Paul Breuls and Catherine Vandeleene). The film is directed by Lee Tamahori (ONCE WERE WARRIORS, DIE ANOTHER DAY).

The film tells the real-life story of the man forced to be the body double of Saddam Hussein's sadistic son Uday in pre-war Baghdad. THE DEVIL’S DOUBLE was selected for Sundance, Berlin and St. Petersburg.

THE DEVIL’S DOUBLE is being screened in cinemas across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Russia, Belgium, The Netherlands and Surinam. Soon release will follow in Japan, Turkey, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Australia, New Sealand, Scandinavia, Thailand, South Korea, Spain, Portugal, India, South -Afrika, Indonesia, Iceland and Latin America. Under negotiation are France, Italy and Germany.

The film is distributed in the Netherlands by A-Film.
