Dutch Selections for Anima Brussels

Several Dutch animated films have been selected for screening at Anima Brussels 2019. The festival takes place 1-10 March 2019.
Dutch minority co-production Buñuel in the Labyrinth of the Turtles (Salvador Símo and Manolo Galiana) is a feature film co-produced by Dutch producer Submarine. In this stranger-than-fiction tale, the film tells the true story of how Buñuel made his sophomore movie. The film is selected for Features in Competition.
Mind my Mind, directed by Floor Adams and produced by CinéTé has its world premiere, whereas Reruns, directed and produced by Rosto will also be competing.
In the International Competition - Shorts - Films for Children category, Cycle has been selected. The animated short is directed by Sophie Olga de Jong and Sytske Kok and is produced by CinéTé.
For the category international competition for short student films Bloem? has been selected. The animated short is directed by Jorn Leeuwerink, and produced by the HKU University of the Arts Utrecht.
Lastly, for the Animated Night category, several Dutch animated films have been selected. These titles include:
A Double Life (Job, Joris en Marieke), Agent 327, Operation Barbershop by Blender Animation Studio, At First Sight (Sjaak Rood), Bald (Luc Petterson), and Lying on your Death Bed (Joost Lieuwma).
