Using the 2011 Norwegian island shootings as a starting point, WRONG TIME WRONG PLACE shows the role of (sometimes absurd) coincidence in tragedy. How a sequence of small, trivial happenings can mark the thin line between life and death. Two minutes earlier or later can be of critical importance.
