Wide picks up Scena del Crimine

French international sales company Wide Management has acquired the rights of the Dutch documentary SCENA DEL CRIMINE which will have its world premiere at the upcoming Venice Days, the parallel section of the Venice Film Festival.

SCENA DEL CRIMINE, directed by Walter Stokman, shows seven views of Naples, the Italian coastal city that has been dominated by the mafia for decades. Soberly, the film creates an oppressive image of an underworld that is as elusive as it is nearby. The film is produced by Zeppers Film & TV in co-production with broadcasting company VPRO.

Venice Days will take place from September 1-11, 2010. Screenings of SCENA DEL CRIMINE are on Sept 7 at 9.00 am (Press & Industry) and on Sept 8 at 22.00 pm (Official Screening).
