Over EYE International

Per 1 januari 2010 zijn het Filmmuseum, het Nederlands Instituut voor de Filmeducatie, de Filmbank en Holland Film gefuseerd tot EYE Film Instituut Nederland.

EYE International (voormalig Holland Film) promoot Nederlandse films wereldwijd. Het doel: zoveel mogelijk Nederlandse films vertonen, voor een zo groot mogelijk, anderstalig publiek. Op deze manier vergroot EYE International de bekendheid van Nederlandse films in het buitenland en wordt de positie van de Nederlandse film op de internationale markt verstevigd.

EYE International is hét expertisecentrum voor informatie over internationale filmfestivals en markten. Zowel voor speelfilms, documentaires, korte films, animatie en experimentele films, biedt EYE International een passend advies.

Niet voor niets, is het verstandig om al in een vroeg stadium van de filmproductie bij EYE International advies in te winnen over promotie, festivals en sales.
